Shop Policy

-I carry a 100% NO refund policy as each item is handmade unless there is an issue on my end.
-Sale items are to be considered "final sale" and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or shop credit. 
-Once an order has been marked shipped by USPS I am no longer responsible for your package. I will do my best to ensure you get your package but once it is shipped it is completely out of my hands. 
-TAT is 15-21 business days unless stated otherwise- this does not include weekends or holidays.
